Use to ferment all-fruit or fruit-sugar mixes up to 18% ABV. Best results are achieved when at least 50% of the sugar content comes from fruit. Do not use with 100% sugar solution.
Please note: when using fruit, treatment with pectinase enzyme may be required to remove haze-causing pectin if the fermented wash is to be consumed without distillation.

The stock market is always changing. It's not entirely managed by us since we are involved with multiple parties such as the factory and the storage. The actual stock can fluctuate at any time. Be aware that your order is out of stock once the order has been placed.
Our policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
In order for your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
