The classic “V” shape captures the vital esters, aldehydes, and phenolic compounds that are necessary for the complex spirits such as whiskeys and gins. Made from solid copper. When your hot spirit comes into contact with the copper, the copper acts like a catalytic converter to drive sulfur out of the spirit. This leads to less off-flavors and higher quality spirit.
This is only the still top and does not come with a boiler. Combine with a distillation lid to use a BrewZilla or DigiBoil as the base for this Alcoengine brand still top.
