This is an ideal mold for soft and hard cheeses. For the harder cheeses, simply use an inverted small plate or large jar lid as a follower/pressure-plate to spread the weight evenly over the top surface. A weight of 3 to 20 lbs is the range for this mold.

Our policy is for 30 days. If you don't receive your product within 30 days, we are not able to issue a refund or an exchange.
In order for your item to be eligible for return, it must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
